Composto, produzido e gravado pelo próprio David Philips no terraço da sua casa em Barcelona, este é um disco New Folk, com guitarras acústicas, Ukelele e Lap Style Dobro e Harmonica, as canções são frescas, no entanto mostram ao mesmo tempo uma grande maturidade, resultante da experiencia enquanto guitarrista que acompanhava outros artistas.
David Philips trabalhou com Brian Jackson (Gil Scott-Heron, Kool and the Gang) George Braith, Charlie Wood (Albert King), Alvin Youngblood Hart, Hook Herrera (Richie Sambora, Govt Mule) and Geoff Young (Sting, Steely Dan, Jackson Browne), David Philips podia ter continuado a acompanhar outros artistas, no entanto á cinco anos atrás descobriu o prazer pela composição de canções e tem vindo desde então a afirmar-se no mundo musical que tem vindo a conquistar espaço e reconhecimento, os New Folk Songwriters.
